There is an excellent range of top facilities all within the community.   During the course of the year the children participate in several fund-raising activities. These include · Lollipop Day in aid of Oesophageal Cancer Fund · Jersey Day · The Samaritan’s Purse Christmas Appeal John O’Shea started his playing soccer here in St Mary’s & Ferrybank St Mary’s Going onto win the Jack Kennedy Memorial Trophy. Mr Kennedy was a much loved teacher with school for many years. The Boys of Mr Rynnes 4th & 5th Class who were the Waterford winners of the National Rapability rap contest.
